Iowa Title & Realty Co. – Abstractor
Responsible for reviewing, compiling, and indexing real estate records from Floyd County Recorder’s Office, searching real estate and county records, and summarizing information for other agencies. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits include paid time off, paid holidays, retirement benefits, and paid life/disability insurance.
High school education or GED required. Associates degree (or higher degree) preferred. Minimum one year office experience required. Experience using Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Outlook, Word, and Excel) required. Experience with real estate transactions preferred.
