POSITION: Deputy City Clerk

The City of Nashua, Iowa (1551) seeks a P/T Deputy City Clerk with the opportunity to become F/T. We are looking for an energetic self-starter who is a customer service-oriented professional with good organizational skills, strong attention to detail, excellent task/time management with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Experience in billing processes, record management, finances, and city policies is required. Experience in economic development and/or grant writing is strongly preferred. The position is an Administrative position that works under the direct supervision of the City Clerk and takes direction from the Mayor and Council. High school graduate or equivalent required, at least one year experience in office administration or a related field.
